Service Area & Travel: Our standard inspection pricing covers properties within a 30-mile radius of Farmington, MN. For homes located outside this area, a flat $50 Extended Service Area fee applies.
Additional Buildings: Our standard inspection pricing covers the primary residence. Additional structures with connected utilities (such as power, water, or HVAC) — including detached garages, workshops, and guest houses — incur an additional fee starting at $50, depending on size and quantity. Simple storage sheds or structures without utilities are not subject to this fee.
