Service Area & Travel: Our standard inspection pricing covers properties within a 30-mile radius of Farmington, MN. For homes located outside this area, a flat $50 Extended Service Area fee applies.
Additional Buildings: Our standard inspection pricing covers the primary residence. Additional structures with utilities connected (such as power, water, or HVAC) — including detached garages, workshops, and guest houses — are subject to a $50 fee each. Simple storage sheds or structures without utilities are not included in this fee.
